My sincere apologies to those of you kind enough to send comments and questions to the blog's email address over the last two weeks. I've been far less than attentive, and normally I have a reply sent out within a day or so.
No good reason - I was just on holiday and got lazy. I'll catch up with all of them by the end of the evening here. If you were waiting for a reply, it should be there when you wake up.
