I received an email this morning from regular reader Frank who wrote he hoped I wasn't going to run out of "Smiles" photos any time soon and asked if it wasn't about time for another batch of them. The answer both questions is yes.
Unless I keep taking regular jaunts to Thailand my supply of smiling Thai photos
will run out at some point - but not for a while. As for the "isn't it time" question - I'm
always ready to see smiling faces. That's why I go out of my way to take them - not
only to be a pesty tourist.
In going through photos for the Amphaway getaway posts I found another batch, so here's Part 37 of the series - and thank you for writing!

Not sure if you've seen it there yourself, Andrew, but families working together is very common... and I agree - it's nice to see.
Yes. I have been to Thailand at major cities many times (going again in a couple months). I love to stroll the street stalls/markets and see family members working together. Either because they have to, want to, or it's just a culture thing, regardless, I agree, it's nice to see.
