Hey there, john - there are several simple programs that'll stitch photos together - one easy one being Photostitch - but have had better luck with Photoshop, which I've seen on sale for a song there in Bangkok and Pattaya. Drop me an email and I'd be happy to explain more.
BTW, john - today's was done with Photostitch, which is why there are obvious "breaks" near the center and to the right. Easier to see if you follow the guard wall around on the second floor level.
Central Mall, I know someone who chickened out of putting their feet into a tank of fish to be nibbled? Great shame really as that would have made an excellent photo. (-:
